An interdisciplinary team gathered around the ERC Advanced Grant project An-Iconology: History, Theory, and Practices of Environmental Images (AN-ICON) hosted by the Department of Philosophy of the University of Milan.
The project features a research axis specifically focused on the usage of immersive media in professional contexts, including medicine and mental health.
TIMELAPSE stems from theoretical exploration conducted along this research axis and will involve group members with specific expertise in time perception and how to artificially modulate it, and strongly oriented towards a hands-on approach.
